Spotlight Surveys offer mould reports, for all domestic properties. This highlights, assesses and advises on the causes of mould within bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and other internal areas of a property. The report will most importantly make recommendations to reduce the occurrence of damp and subsequent mould within a property.
A typical report will:
Assess the construction type of the property
Assess defects within the building fabric
Assess for services leaks
Advise on suitable remedial options.
